Ouch those losses are painful.

He only lost 1 German Mech unit and some Italian garrisons on land and no Japanese apart From the SF unit sunk at sea and the 2 Italian army's sunk at sea.

Were the Axis forces equipped with Kavilar body armour? I have had some games where I thought my units were using blank ammo [X(]

I'll need to change my underpants regularly when I am playing Fanfir in the Beta Tournament [:)]

What was the mobilization hit for US?
I am considering sinking those neutral ITA scouts, but I never bothered to check how high the penalty is.

Just played another game where I DoW on cheeky Italian transports in December 39 and can confirm that

US mobilisation went from 29% (150mpp per turn) to 24% (124mpp per turn)
Spain also jumped from unknown to 22%
In addition got to factor in early mobilisation for Italy from 65% ish to 100% (but that would happen in a couple of turns anyway)

Got 2 ITA armies - i'll take that!

Yes, I think the UK units mobilized at the end of my turn

Thank you for the interesting AAR EarlyDoors. I admire your perseverance. Many gamers would have quit upon the successful invasion of UK but you kept fighting. And I thought it was really cool that Fafnir did not let up. He provided a great example of how one crushing victory leads to the next.

This was definitely not the balance graph when I invaded Russia in mid-1941. I suspect it's because 1) Russia gets a lot of free units as AI; and/or 2) I invaded a bit too late, when Russian mobilization was already fairly high.
