Playing the game with dual monitor (or more) setups presents challenges -- if you play it in other than the left-most, default monitor. We don't guarantee that every scrolling option will work in every monitor configuration, but at least there are options.

I had the same issue playing on a single monitor.
Screen edge scrolling fixed it.

Same for me, can't use window edge or the fire curser jumps to the right, seems to only happen when hovering over or trying to fire on a unit. Seems to work fine using Screen edge.
