Thank you Orm, Axis production seems to be OK now when I know how many oils are going to Italy.
Can anyone tell if I'm doing something wrong. It seems I can't get US full production, one of NY factories refuse to produce even if I have sent 4 resources to those 2 factories.
I have sent all non-oil resources to factories except one from France, but seems like only 24/26 are counted for production. There is same problem oil resources, even if resource is going to factory it does not count.
Can anyone tell if I'm doing something wrong. It seems I can't get US full production, one of NY factories refuse to produce even if I have sent 4 resources to those 2 factories.
I have sent all non-oil resources to factories except one from France, but seems like only 24/26 are counted for production. There is same problem oil resources, even if resource is going to factory it does not count.

Try 'clearing' all orders. I think there might be some issue with resources that have been previously traded. And the 'order' that messes things up might not be seen. So the offending resource might look like it has no order, and going to a factory, when in fact it does not, and mess things up. So try and clear resources that has no order as well.
It is just a guess, but it doesn't cost much, except time, to try.

I wanted to check. So I opened the game, and found at least two oil that looked like they were saved in the USA, but had an red CW line in their 'hidden default order'. Clearing these increased US factories producing by one each. (Thus getting US production to full)

That's not a guess, but a very good advise to get this working again, mr. Orm. I believe there is an error in Italian SAS/RTB instructions.
There are 3 subs on CSV.
SAS says 2 subs stay in CSV.
RTB says 2 subs returns to Brest.

Reorganize the CA in the East Med. But Italy does not use any more oil (than 1.4) for reorg. So I suspect another unit needs to stay disorganized. If so, the CA Eugenio Di Savoia can remain disorganized as well.
I hope that fixes the Italian oil usage.

I turned out difficult for the Allies to negotiate what to do our time zones and personal lives. We managed to have a short call today and we know (most likely) which actions are going to take.
I have said this before and I say it again. I feel that in this game the most challenging thing is action limits. Right now I would like to use all actions from US and CW allowed by combined action on North Sea area. And West Med too. And JJ would like to do something in the Pacific also. I really would like to use 2 O-Chits (which we don't have) for super combined actions to do all naval moves to protect convoys and send land units over seas, all air moves to protect supply chains for bridgeheads and land moves to attack. But one can't have all. So we must decide if do one part now and next part on impulse 3 or do everything we want in one small area.
Decision is made, NWEHQ (North West European Headquarter) and MHQ (Mediterranean Headquarter) staff are working overtime to create waterproof plan how to attack left and right, and same time defend current positions. That would be much easier without action limits

Whenever I send a new fighter, better than anything else, to air combat, my opponent promptly rolls a 2, 3, 19, or 20, and shoots the thing down.

There are two sea areas in Europe where Axis can initiate combat, I ask this in advance so that JJ can move on if there is no naval combat.
