I have been here all along, but the feedback on all forums got beyond what I could both read and reply to. We are very aware that some customers still cannot play DW2 effectively on their systems. You all are absolutely at the top of our priority list and the reason we're releasing multiple updates per week, working long days and through the weekends are for you.
We're expecting to release 1.0.2.5 tomorrow with some more changes that we hope may help.
I'm also training some additional folks in the company today to help maintain a visible presence in the forum so that everyone knows we are still reading and paying attention.
