It has here in Canada. And the USA just passed a law that will allow authorities to stay on Daylight Saving Time permanently - not switch back in the fall! Not sure I like that idea and Canada usually follows the US lead in these things. GRUMP!

It passed in the senate. One more vote to go and then Biden has to sign it into law....GP
