Allies go first, if we win the initiative. Will re-roll in order to do so.

Axis wins the first roll with 7 vs 4 (rolled 7-2). Re-roll demanded.

I still beleive GER should have 13 saved oil as per the EOT M/A 41 with net 0 used during EOT M/J 41
Germany had 13 oil.
Saved 5 during production.
Germany used 5 of those for reorganization.
Italy used another 2 for reorganization.
13+5-5-2=11 oil

Yet I only see 10 oil on the map for Germany.

To many oil saved in Berlin seems to have been an issue but should not have affected this since I changed oil save points.

So am I wrong, or is MWIF wrong?

11 on Map saved Oil should be the end Net result

Saving to Berlin should not be the issue as it is not actually being over stacked

It was an issue during the preliminary step, so in that step two previously saved oil were removed to make room for the new oil being saved there. That the new oil didn't arrive because it was used for oil reorganization did not seem to help. Although I have not tested this fully.

However, I am open to suggestions on how to solve the missing German oil.

I haven't checked the other nations. Are their oil count correct?

Japan is correct

34 oil at start of MJ 41 used 8 in reorg and production controlled/received 6 = 32 Oil remaining

Which is what is showing in the file

Have not encountered this issue during Netplay, that I have noticed. This is the second time in this game I beleive it has come up.

I vaguely remember Oil overstacking being resolved post production, possibly around either BP saving or factory destruction, but I'm not sure.

I don't think this will become a crucial issue in this game so we can just cop it and move on.

Impulse #2 (Axis)

After a long (too long) pause, and with a slightly revamped Australian Axis team.
We are ready to continue.
The we is David and I, David is graciously stepping into Scott's place, as Scott has a young family and few too many real life happenings to be able to continue playing.
So thanks to our Swedish opponents for allowing David to come in and help me continue.
