Yes, there is a mess of radars and aircrafts and is needed to look at who is detecting what :)

I'm beginning to suspect the OP saw an ECM pod or ELINT capable aircraft detect the radars and not RWR.

No, its pretty simple. Nine or so ground radars. Four aircraft with RWR. The aircraft only detect radars with certain bands broadcasting. None of the aircraft detect the other bands by RWR. The OP claims that in previous versions, RWRs could detect ALL radars. I have shown that that statement is not true. No matter how many aircraft, RWR will only detect radars they are designed to detect.

But add one ECM/ELINT capable aircraft that can cover all radar bands and now all radars are detected.

Just searched for one of them, RWR 56c used by the F15, range of frequencies is E-J bands, as was said by caelunshun.

Source is Janes, but neither confirmed nor denied by BAE systems :D

BAE datasheet, generic info, no data.

The Beryoza is even more limited. A thread with several links regarding beryoza and similar systems.

Analyzing several versions of the game, I came to the conclusion that I was wrong, such actions of RVR sensors are a game bug. I used to think that the planes saw the radars, but it was due to the influence of other sensors, or even the weapon itself, for example, the AGM-88 HARM.
Therefore, I consider the topic closed and not worthy of attention.
There is still a question, should I delete the topic or leave it on the forum?

P.S. For information, maybe someone was not aware, the radar was used operating bands - А, in the USSR as radars of the duty mode, for constant shifts, and when combat readiness was increased, other radars were turned on.

Delete? Not at all.

Everyone learned something from your topic, or at least I did :)
