the port on Iwo Jima doesn't connect properly to the land hexes. The settlement provides 5 supply but won't allow boarding the transport. The hex next to it used to connect to the port and you'd be able to embark from there, but it seems like it now only provides 3 supply, and you can't embark.

playing as Axis, I declared war on Latvia before Russia, and this brought Russia into the war without a direct DoW on them. As a result, Finland didn't join either. But in the manual it states that Finland will also join if there is a unit within 1 hex of Pskov or Polotsk. I had a unit within 1 hex of Polotsk at the end of my turn and at the start, but Finland still hasn't joined, not at the end of my turn, nor at the start of the next.

Is the info outdated, or is it a bug? Is it WAD that Finland didn't join when Russia joined the war? They are Axis-leaning

15% axis, the default. Nothing changed since start of game.

I tested it and Finland will join immediately if Japan declares on Russia. But the 1 hex / 4 hex way isn’t triggering. But looking at the script, it seems like it’s a 40% chance to trigger?

Correct, there is a 40% chance per turn that its conditions are met. This prevents the USSR from knowing exactly when Finland may enter the war, and attempting to knock it out while avoiding any potential negative political effects of doing so.

If the event that attacks ships off coast of Vladivostok kills said ship, then Russia receives 0 mpp that turn, while if the ship is not killed Russia receives 50. Seems kinda counterintuitive

I do not know how that could be as the scripts relating to the MPP supply do not "know" if a unit has been destroyed or not. Do you have a save file demonstrating this you can send me?

It was an MP game, but this is the second time I’ve noticed it happening.
