Partisan in Burma, placed actively in Rangoon for Axis. Obviously can be edited anywhere at your request.
Part Marker rolls:
Ge, Ge (Off/Def): 323 327
USSR (Def): 12
Partisan in Burma is perfectly placed, thank you.
I forgot to say that the USSR-Japan war changed things for the German pact markers. Now they should both go to the offensive pool, and one defensive marker moved to the offence as well. I am wondering if it is worth the effort to change this, or if we should just let it be.

I figured it might. Didn't really want to DOW but the way China is going it was only a matter of time before you knocked them out and put everything against the Russians anyway.

In order to Vichy France I temporaily edited the arty next to Paris into Paris.
Made best choice for Vichy units to keep. Units in Algeria asked to select 6 however only 2 of 4 need to be selected.
Cameroons is the new French home country. Have previosuly had a bug with Senegal where you can't arrange an oil trade and no cooperation with CW so hopefully this is better. There were no ship rolls as all those in repair and construction went back to Vichy. Had the French surrended would have been a different story.

There seems to be an error in Axis trading. Italy should be sending 3 BPs to Germany, but it goes the other way to Italy instead. I am sure that Italy would appreciate that, but it makes for a 6 BP difference for Germany.
Any way we can correct this?

ah no worries, my bad. Misread it. thanks will fix.
Hey Orm, I have a trade strategy question if I may. Actually, interested in your thinking about the above trade if it doesn't reveal strategy to your opponent.
What's your rationale for including 2 oil from Germany to Italy? Specifically, when Italy can use German oil if needed for oiling (reorg). Thanks in advance.
1) Italy can then use the oil for production if needed, or saved for when saved oil might be needed. For example, we plan for Italy to produce for 10 factories, which yields 8 BPs (7,5 actually), and one of the resources was not available for production so we get under 10 factories then we use an oil instead. The Sardinia resource is often unavailable for Italy. The goal here is to not use oil for production, unless needed.
2) I always try to avoid using German oil for Italian reorganization , as that reduce the effect of oil rounding. If both MPs use their own oil then we get the rounding effect twice. For example: Germany has units costing 2,4 oil to reorganize, and Italy has a cost of 1,4, then it would cost 4 oil if only German oil is used, but 3 oil if both Italian and German oil is used.
Did that answer your question, or should I try to clarify?
