I expected Vukovar to be a brutal fight—and it was—but what really caught me off guard was how quickly everything collapsed once the supply lines were cut. Up until that point, the resistance felt stubborn, almost immovable. Every block seemed contested, every push forward hard-earned. It gave the impression that the defenders could hold out far longer.

But the moment their supplies were effectively severed, the entire situation changed almost overnight. The same positions that had been fiercely defended started to give way, and the cohesion of the defense seemed to unravel much faster than I anticipated. It wasn’t just a gradual weakening—it felt sudden and dramatic, like the backbone of the defense had been snapped

I'm just speechless lol you think they could have held out a little longer at least.

But anyways we GOT THE CITY are combat power has Spiked from 60% Shock to 80% This is a massive boost we will no longer struggle we will be able to really start attacking more next month we are ahead of operations

I also want to compliment you on your AAR. Mixing in historical photographs with the game action gives the AAR a realistic feel not found in the usual AARs. Good work.
If you can, I would like to see a few more of the large scale 2d Tiny maps (with Hex Grid turned off) as posted on February 21st. The large scale really helps to give context to the close-up views.

Best Regards, RhinoBones

why just stop here in Serbia when I can try for some more land grabs

So below we are planning a offensive to take the towns of Vinkovci, Tenja, and Otok as well as some more land

we had to disband two tank units since where running low of some older tanks like the T-34s almost all is used up but not all units used T-34 so it will not hurt to disband the 2 that do

We have been Halted here no way we are going to take the City of Sisak thankfully we took Petrinja so not mad at all I Seriously Unsterestimated Secessionist Forces there more Units then I expected here we are going over to the Defense forever I'm planning to build 2 lines being dug in as well as having enough units in the first line we can afford it we got a lot of units here

Pushing more would just be dumb are units have almost no health so time to stop rest and wait for whenever he attacks

The Siege of Dubrovnik is ongoing he can't lift his troops out of the city he tried that they got killed

we have are warships surrounded all exits in and out of the Harbour so there is no escape we will take the city soonish since its just Police officers holing the town sucks to suck honestly

I think he forgot he has Naval Guns so there hasn't been any shelling of my ships either way this is a huge win for us we protect are southern flank from any surprise in the rear

Turn 27 December 14th 1991

Well we got some big gains this turn so lets go over them

We have Split the area in two of course they can still use the bridges and ferry's but we cut them off and we are unlikely to finish them off

we have taken the town of Maslenica so where doing pretty good health and supplies wise but are supplies are low and not topped off since the terrain really sucks in this map besides in Serbia we are still going move Regardless if we have supply level 2 or 1

I would like to take the next town below too even if is just 1 VP still good to have towns. Since taking towns with VPs is a big hit for both sides so you want to defend towns too the death if you can or try to delay them and retake it either way it's not good to lose them
