Duh (slaps self on forhead)

Thanks, you had 2 torped. Will that hurt you long term or does the allies get plenty of each?

Just re asking the question. They are not going to become the new MSW ala UV are they?

A wonderful new feature came out some time ago that lets you convert AK's into a bunch of different ships as required to deal with shortages. As to running out of AK's to convert, well there is no fix for that [;)]

Mr. Frag,
Is the ship picture above part of the new naval art work? If so, could you post a few shots to help pass the wait for this game's appearance?

Please tell me this is real and not some sort of joke. Wow, this will be a WONDERFUL addition to the game. In my opinion this is the best feature yet! Of course, I may find myself saying that about a lot of the new features as we get closer and closer to the release date.
I can't believe it is almost here. The anticipation is killing me.

Sorry for my ignorance but what exactly does a "tender" do that a repair ship and resupply ship does not?

What is involved in the conversion? Supply points? How much time? Does it need to be in a port of size x or larger?

I like It![:D]

Question:
1. Can you do these conversions to any size AK's (Small Medium, Large)?

2. Can you convert AD's, AE'e, AR's, etc. back into AK's?

3. Do the conversions work for both sides (Japanese /Allies)?

Just like everything else in the game, there are rules that dictate what can be done ... I'm not getting into that as all rules are subject to change without notice until the game ships so we'd just be debating things that may not be true. [;)]

As far as artwork, there are 429 pieces in total (unique ships that is). Since this place only allows 1 image to be attached per note ... you'll just have to wait a bit to see them all, heres a little tease.

Mogami's just laughing at me right now as I waste my time in China moving troops in to *threaten* [:D] him ... you guys wanted to see just how hopeless China is, you are about to watch about 17 divisions get taken out by 2 divisions of Japanese.

Anyone know if the developers have run the first turn PH attack a whole lot of times to see the statistical distribution?
So much WitP and so little time to play.... :-(

It's good to see the rule for conversion of AK's to tenders.

Both sides I hope.

What time frame is required to convert?

That's odd. I could swear I see a Nimitz class carrier among the ship art posted above!

Looks like the CD units are very effective. Any concerns among the playtesters?

This may be a dumb question but do repair ships stack ? If I have an AD and an AR in a port with enough supply, do Destroyers benefit from both ships or only one ?

Same question with AV and AVDs ?
