It is still too quiet - where the heck are the parts of the KB - I only have recce reports on mini KB and one TF with 1 CV !!

What was thaught as a fast full force recce missions - in and out in one day - ended in a bloody air/sea battle. The damn mini KB was no longer a "mini", there was also a full grown CV in it!
My boys from the Hermes tried hard, but all of the Swordfish attacks missed.

Also some docked ships were sunk by the Japanese long range bombers.

I should not play so aggressive !!

My ships there were just sitting ducks - because even before the attack only heavy damaged ships were moved there. I tried to let them sit here until the fires were out and there was no more flooding. With some ships that worked - those were moved out, with many others it did not work out.
First a few air attacks and now a bombardment attack - only the Mauritius sunk, but all hit ships are derelicts [:(]

I started to withdraw most of my American subs. As long as the doctrine is active I will try to use them as recce force around the Pacific. The Dutsch and Commonwealth subs will continue with their attacks soon [:'(]

Another US sub goes down. Who says Japan can't do ASW?[:D]
The invasion of Kuching is going well. Airstrikes have been seen off and PT
boat attacks were easily defeated. His port defences have been suppressed by my BBs.
Captured Kavieng with another Paradrop. Reinforcements are on the way for the Rabaul landings.
The only point of concern is the attack on Davao. The long trek to get there has left the infantry units in poor shape. Combined with the river/shock attack rule, this battle may not be easy!

Lots of air to air this turn. Japanese on top as usual but the loss of every pilot hurts.
The replacement pools are looking thin already!
China is seeing a lot of action. Swifts strategic position is looking vulnerable.
A lot of his forces are being cut off. I think the lack of Allied Recon capability has
hindered him!

China is a total mess for me at the moment - the damn para-drop a few turns back disrupted some lines and now several units are cut of. At Yennen Kevin has concentrated 125k+ troops - and I have now way to support my own troops with more men there - the city industries look a bit damaged trough all these attacks ( Kevin will not be happy to conquer all this rubble [:'(])
