Anyway here are the 3 scenarios to a campaign I´m making, hopefully you get something out of them.
I must warn that my scenario style is more of a scripted narrative and not a big sandbox, although I think some bigger and longer scenarios further along the story might be sandboxy too.
Scenarios below are listed in rough order they should be played at, but since this campaign is heavily work in progress I need to add scenarios between them at some point.
Is zipping them all together ok?
Version history:

rel2 : updated "I´m still standing" scenario

The Grey War campaign
In 2026, a peace treaty was signed between Moscow and Kyiv, but this didn't signal peace, but instead rearmament. In 2027 with transatlantic relations at their lowest point in decades USA formally withdrew from NATO, with European NATO countries and Canada left in the treaty organization under the same name but very different balance of power.
Now, in the autumn of 2028, both NATO and Russia has been rearming and reinforcing. Canada and European nations have invested heavily on defence and some procurement programs have actually finished on time and few even ahead of schedule. Russia still constrained by sanctions has nevertheless made significant efforts to replace its losses from the war in Ukraine.
Russia is facing mounting internal turmoil with unrest spreading across multiple regions, and the Kremlin faces rising instability at home. Does the Moscow do what they often do in these situations and look for common enemy outside?
Hybrid War -phase

In the sky with diamonds
NATO, now operating without U.S. space capabilities, has spent the past two years racing to rebuild its orbital infrastructure. Europe has poured unprecedented resources into new launch sites, rapid‑deployment boosters, and a surge of small satellites designed to restore the alliance’s strategic reach.
But the space domain is fragile, and the line between peace and conflict is thinner than ever.
This scenario explores the ambiguous frontier of hybrid warfare. How vulnerable is the EU’s rapidly expanding space program? Could deniable actions, covert sabotage, and other grey‑zone tactics cripple NATO’s orbital assets before open fighting even begins?
The question is no longer whether space will be contested — but whether the first shots of the war will be fired in silence, shaping the battlespace far above the Earth.
Outbreak of hostilities -phase

I´m still standing
Finland is to anchor the alliance’s fragile northern flank.
You are placed in command of the Finnish Defence Forces during a period of extreme strategic ambiguity and escalating border tensions. Your orders are clear: enact the high-readiness dispersal plan, OPKOKKO, to ensure the survival of Finland’s most vital air and naval assets.
From the hidden road bases of the interior to the jagged archipelago of the Southwest, you must setup your defensive posture while navigating a treacherous "grey-zone" environment. Every radar contact and unidentified track could be a glitch, a provocation, or the spearhead of a catastrophic escalation.
Success depends on your ability to manage logistics and maintain readiness without crossing the line into open war. As the first reports of unusual activity filter in from the Kola Peninsula and the Baltic Sea, how fast can you react, can Finnish Defence Forces survive until reinforcements arrive?

When the Levee Breaks
The strategic center of the Baltic Sea is under threat! As instability grips the entire region, is the Kremlin mobilizing its Kaliningrad forces and looking to seize the 'unsinkable aircraft carrier' and gain absolute sea denial in the central Baltic?
You are challenged to outthink a relentless opponent in the shallow, closed and complex waters of the Baltic Sea. This is the definitive test of the modernized Swedish Defence Forces, are you ready to hold the line?
This is fairly complex and violent scenario, a lot happens in short time frame. Follow the intel briefs and try to do what they suggest for better chance of succeeding. Gotland can not be allowed to fall.
