CTD when ending mission

Salutations.

I have just encountered 2 reproducable CTDs, one of which I have the error.txt (see below).

One happens when I try to transfer to a destroyer group in the hyperion task force in the third campaign (the one after highland). I can join the enigma DD group, but not the other one (shadow?).

The second CTD always happens after I undertake the mission to destroy the cruiser Darkness, as part of the enigma DD group. I end up whiping out the entire darkness cruiser group, but when I end the mission I see the debriefing screen, but then when I click next I get a CTD. Checking the Error.txt, it seems there is a crash as it tries to load or generate missions. In any case, here is the error.txt file.

Here is the error.txt for another instance of a CTD when getting assigned to another group.

After having the CTDs above I decided to fly an attack fighter mission, taking out a frigate, which I did with no problem, and did not get a CTD. However, after completing the mission (and hearing the news about the titan group being destroyed), I was now able to switch to the Phantom Destroyer group (which gave me a CTD before), but also that now I get a CTD when I switch to the Enigma group instead.

Therefore, since it's pretty much the same error, here is the error.txt file for the CTD I get when assigning myself to a destroyer group.
