RE: Mutli-tasking

Madgamer

I am very saddened to read how age has diminished your mental capacity.

That being said, I take it from your response that running AE in the background is not an option at this moment.

Thank you very much and take care,

Mutli-tasking

I have WitP opening up in windowed hoping I could run it in the background, but when you switch to a different window, WitP just halts.

Is it possible to run it in the background?

Nimitz duels Halsey at 20 paces, both unavailable for rest of the war.

<r> I was pissed when I lost Bull Halsey to the commander bug, and now it looks as if Chester Nimitz has been lost to me. Trying to come up with explanation on how I lost both on Hawaii.<br/>

RE: Supply Lines revisited and "To Rangoon or not to Rangoon...what is the strategy"?

<t> What about taking Rangoon so you can get your troops more experience.<br/>
<br/>
I ended up overstacking my troops in Myitkyina, destroying a big Japanese corp (or small army). All my Indian units suddenly had like 70-90 experience.<br/>

They made short-shrift of the Rangoon garrison ...

Missing Bull Halsey

I'm playing a campaign starting Dec 7.

I just realized, Admiral Halsey is nowhere to be found. Can't make him a TF commander, nor head of South Pacific.

I have lost no carriers so I'm assuming he wasn't KIA.

Does he not show up till later?
