I've just changed my avatar succesfully, so it may have been a temporary issue.

I think posting a dxdiag-report (sticky at top of this support forum) might give people a clue as to what might be wrong.

I noticed you refer to the 1.12 patch on february 4 (was it out at that stage?). Did you install the 1.11 patch previously?

could you attach the edited xml-file to your post? You may have to rename it to .txt to do so.

Could it be that you are comparing a Canadian dollar price tag (Matrix) with US dollars (Amazon)?
