The wing bulges on the chaser are a bit odd, but the canopy looks more like a Buffalo. The P-35 had a long canopy like that, but it wasn't straight, it had more of a slope in the back. The plane in front looks a bit like an A6M5 Zero with the ...

RE: PDU - Ki-102 Randy

<t> Nice plane indeed, but unfortunately it can't hold itself against the modern allied fighters. In the end you'll be using it as a rear area defense against unescorted LBA or as a bomber.<br/>
<br/>
My opinion is that it's not gamey unless you do not upgrade the Randy -> Dinah KAI -> Frank</t>

Working on New Sig - Identify the Planes

<r> Because I don't have a neat signature, I have been working with it lately. I started building few model planes so I could take some photos and use them in my sig. Two are almost ready, but I need lot of fine tuning before they are ready for the final shooting. One is still in a packet and I ...

RE: Cunning Plans are here again!

Ship the 91st and 3rd Armoured to Home Islands. They will rebuild there at least twice as fast. The more big cities are around the unit the more chances it has to receive multiple replacements per turn.

I usually build up my troops to full TOE near Osaka.

RE: What's the point of these ridiculous upgrade paths?

<r> Screenshot from the scenario editor where you see that A6M5 upgrades to A6M8. Btw, A6M8 factories autoconvert to Reppu factories one month later so you'll only get one month production of A6M8. Basically it is just useless.<br/>

Edit: Doh... the picture was from the A6M8 --> Reppu, but ...

RE: What's the point of these ridiculous upgrade paths?

Your A6M5 factories should autoconvert to A6M8 factories. Anyway A6M8 comes one month earlier than Reppu so you should have enough planes to convert a A6M5 group to A6M8 and then to Reppu when it is available.
