I used office works printed to A4 size. In black and white it costs about $30. What I liked most is they use high quality paper.

Thanks. I have managed to download WITP AE. I also have Gary Grigsby's War Between The States and John Tiller's Campaign Series. Everytine I select "Re Download order" it keeps going back to WITPAE download screen.

Anyone able to help?
