The Leningrad Front HQ was lost but came back in the Soviet Reserve TB. Its back to full TOE and it has been there several turns. There is no option to transfer to the MAP.

IMHO Soviet Guard Unit farming is a clear exploit of a game system weakness. I don't do it as Soviet player and I also seek agreement from my Soviet opponent to also "play" historically.

I figured it out. Public beta was not selected in the Steam app. File was on 1.12.06. App was 1.11.03. Cheers.

My PC failed. So I got a new PC and reinstalled the game. However, I am now unable to open the PBEM game file in the new WITE installation on the new PC. I am using Steam version of the game.

CEAW is great game. The best for multi player. I have supported SC series, in part for appreciation of Matrix supporting our CEAW community.

I am low on Heavy Industry having been overrun in Barbarossa. So to optimise my Soviet production, I want to temporarily shut down some less essential aircraft and vehicle factories. How can I do this?
