If I have another ruins nearby, I buy two machines and make my own recycling facility. I like letting the private scav building support the private economy.

I'm surprised no one has yet suggested relieving them to "other job", giving them an OHQ and giving them extensive on-the-job training for the Lead from the Front skill.

You'll either get rid of them or make a useful commander.

I didn't think private industry used SHQ / public stocks. Do you have sufficient logistics to move your metals from where they are generated, to SHQ and then to where they are needed?

Specify numbers of different models in a unit?

Is it possible, for an OHQ subunit, say an armour unit, to specify how many models of what kind of armor model are in the unit? For example, I might want one HV medium tank 2 howitzer mediums and 2 large howitzer assault guns in a given battalion.

You should get the benefits of a viewpoint if you have rail that covers 5 continuous mountain hexes for having a scenic route.
