What does this mean? I'm unable to advance tanks on a road on my opening turn. I deployed a column of tanks on a road and advanced some of them westerly, but others wouldn't advance. They will go east, but I'm on an advance mission going west. I don't understand why.

OK, thanks. That makes sense. I was trying to have them throw the grenades 3 or 4 hexes forward to hide their advance. If you put smoke into the adjacent hex and then move forward into the hex, does the AI ever just pound that smoky hex with artillery?

I'm selecting my engineers, selecting the X icon. I put a bullseye on my target hex and left click and....nothing happens. Is there a delay of some kind or is it just not working correctly?
