I use the USN replenishment groups for training, too, but i keep them far far away from any CV-group till they are ready to do their job.

I would guess so. I still have the planes and ships, but can't see anything burn, flak fire or water fontains from misses anymore, but can read all messages (Win 10, too).

There is no leaving, there are only small distractions.
