Well maybe remind them, because it's still a problem two years latter. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, these systems become very problematic to interact with.

Yes, the same simple steps.
From memory, I'd say it takes 20 or 30 seconds for individual ships to get their boarding strength back.

I realize that the respawn rate of the boarding pods does not follow the numbers set in the component properties. The first boarding pod tech is supposed to be 5 full minutes, but the ships respawn them much faster than that.

I found that the save will keep the wrong status if the fleet is attacking something and lose it if it is not.

He will stop, undeploy, and go to refuel at a neutral planet in that system. And its tank is full… I don't know what to do any more.

I don't really find them an issue, but I mostly ignore them, so maybe an auto refuse option would be more elegant. You can always propose something to them if you miss a proposal you'd want to accept.
