Re: Rest mode and air raids

Never knew about the forts. I will keep that in mind.

Rest mode and air raids

Never noticed this before, but LCUs in Rest mode who are bombed by enemy bombers during Ground Attack missions automatically switch their mode from Rest to Combat.

Started a new campiagn, set Tennasserim battalion in Mergui and the BF in Tavoy to Rest to try regain morale. Both bases were scouted ...

Engineers rebuilt on the DaBabes/RA pattern: national engineer devices throughout,
LION/CUB/ACORN, ten NCBs, CBMUs, Marine pioneers, shipping engineer regiments, railway
regiments, POW labour.

In DaBabes, some engineer devices could only build forts/bases, some could drops forts, some had ...

Re: Conkristador's Realism Scenario (CRS)

I reckon players have their plans for the first turn. Is there a way to list all new units/ships/air groups each side gets on turn 1?

For example, as the Allies, I can see the labor brigades, the field hospitals and the guerrilla units in China, but other than that it is a hunt for the needle in ...

Re: Naval support - what is it?

Chris21wen, many thanks for the tests.

I remember the devs saying that even if a TF is undocked due to port docking limits, the code will take a ship from a TF, dock it and unload it (provided the port has some free docking space), while players see the whole TF as undocked at all times.

Boela is the only base on the island. If you choose Boela and press "5" you will see no supply goes to Ambon.

Re: Naval support - what is it?

Or better still, Eastern USA (port 10, 500 naval support, no Light Industry that further boost unload rates) - loads 12000 supplies per ship per turn.

Re: Naval support - what is it?

Well, you would have to test the whole thing, but that how it should work.

Naval Support is a huge boon to unload rates.

I don't know if you use Tracker, the unload numbers are there.

Here is Canada (port 10, 0 naval support) - loads 2000 supplies per turn per ship.

Re: Naval support - what is it?

In your example, the 600 unload (with NS) will apply to all ships DOCKED.

Undocked ships also get some small benefits to unloading from NS presence, but I don't have any exact numbers. Many times you will see ships unloading undocked in empty small ports level 1-2 with NS presence.

If all your ...

LGKMAS wrote: Mon Aug 17, 2026 8:04 am 1. It means each ship can unload at 10 Naval Spt points *10 = 100 extra cargo unloaded that day per ship? So a 25% increase per ship.
It is actually 100 extra cargo per phase, so 200 extra cargo per turn.

As far as I understand, Naval Support cannot boost port's TOTAL cargo handling capacity.

Andy, I don't see these four hexes in your corrections list in post#1, so you may want to double-check them with your map.
