Sea transport is just port to port. It make sense if you think of the difficulties of disembarking thousands of men and their equipment.

If you want to disembark a German unit in another hex you need German landing craft.

Updated mod installed and now it works! [&o]

I have the same problem since I have installed the last version of the game. If I click on an HQ to change the way it works (auto, semi,...) the game crashes with a Failed-Segmentation Error. I have tried to play without the mod and it works.

I manage to open the TOAW IV window but it's not responding. I don't know what do you mean when you write about the switch/entry smallram=Y on.

electronlibre has answered me. He says that I should reinstall the game using English but when I install the game I don't have the option to choose the language. Any suggestion? I tried also to uncheck "Enable desktop composition", but I think I don't have that option in W 8.1.
