I have the same problem with launching the game on my notebook with AMD Ryzen 5 5625U card.

Capn Darwin, I have done it exactly by this way... game doesnt run unfortunately... is 11.6 planed as steam open beta update also?

I have reinstalled the game in steam engine and tried added 11.6 patch again. But the result is the same. I have to wait for the steam 11.6 update....

The same alert message with production version...

Done. File 11.6 deleted, file integrity in steam checked. Game engine runs again normally in 11.5 version. Where could be problem with 11.6?
