Unfortunately ICM ammunition is bugged right now, I recommend you either switch to the normal versions of the scenarios or wait for a patch. Ill update the mod once its fixed

Set their path to direct in doctrine, that should help with the faulty pathfinding

You need to set your ROE for land targets to "hold". This isn't a bug

Not sure I'm seeing the problem here, the "flicker" is the image being unloaded. The other ships not having a picture isn't a bug, you can report it here and one may be added in a future DB image pack release

A similar issue to this has been fixed in 1776. It appears this is happening because the scenario is using DB 475 which is extremely old. Let us know if it happens with any other scenarios

I'm unable to repro this outside of this scenario, it appears that the auto-generation may have become deprecated. If I remake the mission the FP's are generated properly

This is a known bug with the status window, the heli isn't actually trying to engage it

Try reinstalling or verifying your game files through Steam. The issue may be because you're pointing towards a copied EXE or shortcut that doesn't have proper permissions
