CIWS effectiveness

I'm hoping to hear what others think about the expected effectiveness of various CIWS, mainly in regard to missile defence. The typical naval CIWS such as Phalanx, AK-630, H/PJ-11, etc have PH? in the 70-80 range.

I have a unit remains in area trigger for any Red side aircraft that remains in a "refueling zone" for 30 minutes. I want to create an event in which this trigger results in an action to refuel the aircraft that resulted in the trigger.

I’ve tried to figure that out before, but wasn’t able to find a solution. I think it’d be very helpful to target specific hangers, tarmac spaces, etc., that are known to contain aircraft rather than blindly attacking all of these, most of which may be empty

to follow up:

I removed the SSN from the group and played around with the formation editor selecting a formation (line) and afterwards the standard group symbol returned. I'm not sure which of the above actions resulted in that but it might be able to be replicated using the previously uploaded ...

A ship group containing a CVN no longer has the normal group symbol but retains the CVN unit symbol. Previously even if a ship group contained a CVN the group symbol would look different compared to the individual unit CVN symbol.

To help trouble shoot I noticed this doesn't occur with a group ...

What I meant was that the edit no-navigation zone window, when the visible reference points box is selected then the reference points for a no-nav zone should be visible on the map. When the box is not selected the reference points for the no-nav zone should not be visible which I found helpful to ...
