Is there a comprehensive organizational list of all the allied units in the game?

When setting CAP above a task force should the range be set to 0 or to 1 or 2 in order to engage the enemy attack further away from the task force?

I've managed to get myself into a jam after an atoll invasion. I've run out of supply and am wondering what is the best task force/ships for re-supply?

Not quite sure what is going wrong. I've formed up transport and air transport taskforces with various ship types. I select a squadron to load and it shows it loading. The next turn it shows that the unit is no longer loading. The units are 5th and 7th Air Force. Stumped.

I'm looking for instructions on how to transport aircraft from the West Coast? Specifically how to load fighters and bombers for transport to the South Pacific and Australia?

I bought a new pc with windows 10 and am having trouble with WITPAE running slow. No problems when I was using my ancient vista.
