Game settings are tech level 4 and included nemesis AI. Nemesis and strongest maior AI player on the map seems to have lost one of his 2 starting cities to the scavengers - and strangely enough, seems not to prioritize to take it back :? . Scavengers got comfy and ...

Turn 46: Gigamas scavengers trigger empty trade offer dialogue

Edit - attaching save does not work for some reason; save is mailed directly to Vic instead,

Guessing it's having trouble drawing the commander portrait at the top of the battle window since I don't see one up there.


Game also does crash with new leader images already drawn ;)

Pretty sure Vic will figure it out ;) .

Anyway, interestingly unhandled exception error issue is tricky to reproduce - sometimes game crashes sometimes combat proceeds as designed.

Specific unhandled exception error in previous screenshot (fight in hex 97,29, save included) did not reappear after ...

Playing on tech5 and 3 zones, I tend to mothball airbases during the first 10 turns to reduce oil consumption. I noticed that mothballing airbases does not "stick" between turns - all mothballed airbases are reset to active status by the game.

Do you have a secret sercive council and maxed recon on your medium sized world?

Number of initial Zones: set to "3 Zone start".

However, game generated only 1 city for player.
Starting city includes active Rail II station but no rails outside the city. Neither a public nor private sector truck station is available ...

Downgrade worked for me - you can simply overwrite the game folder contents with the previous beta patch :D

Issue can be reproduced, so I included the autosave from the previous turn 33.

Mine gets finished without road connection in turn 35 by the private sector.
Mine curiously does produce something without any road connection in turn 36 :lol:

Private sector of city "Frost Mountains" decided to build a metal mine - sadly without road connection to the city itself. Cost of manually building a road is kind of prohibitive due to the massive high mountain area.
