Can transfer CV planes to a land base?

When you click on the CV task force icon on the map show a hex with two planes
in them. What does this mean?

AI is way faster than waiting for PBEM reply...so I don't complain.

Way way back in the day I was beta tester for Warsaw to Paris.
Would time the AI turns and send to Vic. AI faster nowadays.

Game started on previous beta now using the latest.

Even backed up to turns 104,103,102...did differnt moves but always crash turn 106...going to 107.

106 turns is some time in took about 4 days...but I been playing 14 hr a day.

OK long story short...
DC-AO quit working after uninstalling McAfee, xbox, MsOffice, from new WIN reinstall.
2nd Reinstall of Windows and did not uninstall the above and game loads.

I now have to install the update of game and hopefully will still work.
If so hope this may help someone in the ...

Got error below have installed and reinstall both steam and matrix 2 time each.
