Do the zoomed out unit files exist? If they do where are they and how do I get them? Unless I am mistaken they aren't in the file posted in the OP. All the zoomed out files in the OP are the stock NATO graphics.

China has a special rule you are missing.

Page 68 of the manual:

China and Communist China are the exceptions to this rule. They are
considered foot armies and require no oil maintenance.

You can left click the units.png file in the attachment, then right click the image and choose 'save image as' and save it to your desktop or wherever you want. You will need to rename the file to units.png before placing it into one of the campaign folders.

That unit.png file is all you need. Just copy/paste it into the campaign folder you want to play. Usually located here:
C:\Users\<your name>\Documents\My Games\WarPlan Pacific\Campaigns

Also already exists. Turn on ease of access in options. New buttons show up on the top right of the screen including lock shift.

While they are all listed as campaigns, only the Pacific 41 and Pacific 42 campaigns are true, full length, full map campaigns. The other three are shorter, smaller scale scenarios. Okinawa 45, for example, is just the invasion of Okinawa.
