A small feature request, but much help for newer players: when configuring WRA, double-clicking the weapon should open the database entry for that weapon. Right now you have to open the database separately, and then retype the name to find it.

Got a save? It makes narrowing on what has happened much easier, but it likely is that the spoof only made the torpedo miss, instead of DUD-ing and then re-attacked.

Removing Command.ini should do the trick, just keep in mind that this will reset all your settings, not just window sizes/locations.

That usually happens when you lose selection of the unit. Re-select it and it should be fine :).
