I did a bit of everything. I've watched videos made by you first i think, then i read a bit of the manual, then i ran the Okinawa scenario to check it out, then i yolo started 1941 scenario and was checking manual as needed or these forums. I rarely used '?'

Are you 3 hexes from enemy fleet or 4? i cant see properly on that screen (CV attack range is 3 hexes)

Then im out of ideas. Theres no Landing craft icon on your screen, so that was my first guess. Theres no landing craft icon when you transport garrison unit. That was my second guess
