In the game I have just finished I experienced the same thing throughout the whole game:
construction ships refuse to leave nebulas once they are inside.

I had to manually move them out then switch them back to auto mode.

v2 components instantly appear on ships

As soon as I research any kind of ship components that have v2 in their name, they are automatically and magically appear on my ships and designs in an instant.

Is this the desired behavior of the game?

The game shows up at the volume mixer, it is at the maximum level, the output device is the default like the same for anything else.

Windows Media player is the only installed player, default for mp3 is set for that, sound files play from the games folder.

There's no sound in game.
  • In game options the sound and music are ticked.
  • WMP is installed, enabled.

In the game technology screen the description for Methane Synthesis still lists CO2 instead of CH4. The game is newly started.

Hello

I would like to propose that the "Non-frontline units" checkbox remembers if it was ticked. Currently if you check it and then close the OOB and reopen it, it will be unchecked.

In this case, would you advocate using the Ardennes engine at a global scale? Or scaling back the breadth of SE to regions of a world?

Shadow Empire crossed with DC Ardennes

IMHO the scale and mechanics of DC: Ardennes is much closer to the scale of a few surviving cities than the scale of DC: Barbarossa (what we have now in SE). Adding to this I also enjoy Ardennes a lot more.

If I made a sequel, I would investigate the possibilities of using the Ardennes engine.

No error, just the download slows down to 0 B/s. But it went trough on the 4th try.
