Must be surface tutorial 4, but component guid in ASROC repair/disable script actions are incorrect. It should be "3M12KI-0HNF06E3V16KL", not "E9MD86-0HMTL4284UMKR".

This happens only Build 1728.2 Beta, but not previous Build 1676. Please try the both.
Though it may be intended behavior, I report here anyway as this is not in release notes.

The Fuel State (Refuel) expressed as a Bingo percentage, does it mean (using the picture posted) that the aircraft will seek a tanker when its fuel is at 0.8 of Bingo, or is it 0.8 of the former's fuel tank?

-for obvious reason you cannot place tankers where enemy can spot/attack them. Somewhere back of SAM or fighter CAP zone, or at least outside of enemy surveillance area (radar).

In short - Airport capacity is full.
Hornet is categorized as Large Aircraft (see DB viewer), and Airfield has four 2x Medium Tarmac facility which can host up to four Large aircraft. Note you cannot host any Large aircraft to Hanger (2x Small).

For me reducing S-300/SA-N-6 (I don't believe ships in wartime can always achieve 100% loadout) also reduced Moskva chance of survival accordingly.

Check how Quick Battle works? It essentially generates the scen from scratch by Lua script.

This code worked for me at attached test. Note formation wrapper is directly modified with unit.formation instead of ScenEdit_SetUnit( {..formation=....} )
