Is the best way to limit public fuel mining to nationalize the mine or cut it off from supply and ‘road around it’ if the city is low on happiness?

Thanks, my biggest confusion was that I have 5.959 fuel left. I never imagined that it could be exactly that left, looks like I will be out of fuel when I return to the game.

I am currently mining 550 fuel private and 242 fuel public with an oil well level 1 and a recycling ...

Next for me is military to facilitate taking over my neighbors zones.

I receive them from a recycle 3 location.

Hold on...resources run dry! I have not had that happen yet, is there a way to see how ‘strong’ a resource is on the map?

I sacked my governor recently and he started up a rebellion and ate up my empire.

Ah, I thought it was a bug when my commander died. Is there a way to replace him/her over time?

I have been playing around a bit with the idea of transfer but have had no success. Can you list an example of something that has worked for you please.

You can also cycle through your troops with the OOB button at the top of your screen to see who has what quickly. From there I can easily attach priests or whatever to my troops.

How can I attach 2 indies to an OHQ. I have been having an issue trying to figure that out.
