[1.10.06]Game crashes after end turn

Game in attachment - when I click end turn - game crashes when it tries to load another human player. It should be reproducable(even when you dont move and simply click end turn - it still occurs) - 1.10.06 from Steam - Open Beta.

The magnet for new population - are usually open workers position - cut down in size public workplaces (100% -> 25%, leave transport on 100% probably) to attract less people and open them slowly (you wont be able to promote population to workers fast enough anyway).

No point, each extra SHQ will give you penalty (to PP I think). Build new SHQ only if you will have your regime splitted and there wont be enough Logistic Point to move resources from far-away city to main SHQ.
