You can stop Italy from surrender, but you have to redesign Events to reflect this, it's difficult task with numerous caveats. Look at event 0024 and connected events.

No, Italy will surrender at 1943, all Italian units will be disbanded. You can remove transfer to Italy at 1943, then Italian units will remain on Map before surrender.

You must have at least 90% of Air requirement after subtract combat value of transferred unit to transfer air unit from current theater box to another theater box.

Was similar mistake in me game, armament industry relocated from Makeevka at 250, 179 to Sverdlovsk(s) at 256, 175 at Ukraine. I think it was relocated to Sverdlovsk at 300,65.

Tobolsk at 313, 38 is town at West Siberia. It has population of 32000 at 1939, so Tobolsk can be added to map as town with manpower 1. Like Map designer forget to add city at map.

2nd army was indeed renamed to East Prussian Armyat 7 April 1945, this is turn 198(8 April 1945) of game, according to site Lexicon of the Wehrmacht. It has number 00032, East Prussian has number 00044, may be rename event could be added at turn 198?
