Hmm.. Complex Globalstrategy games. Well Sadow Empire is more or less almost unmatched currently.

You might have a look for Distant Worlds 2 und Supreme Ruler Ultimate/Supreme Ruler 2030.

The Power & Revolution Series (on Steam) is also extreme deep and complex but kinda buggy. Its workable though ...
