It means anti tank guns and field guns, but only up to a certain weight. Load them as if you were loading onto a vehicle.

Well in that case, why the hell cant cavalry overrun? More than once, both in Poland and the Soviet Union did cavalry charge infantry and 'overrun' it.
Ok I'm just being picky but it is also 'overruning'.
