RE: Where's the fearsome AI?

<t> Thanks JSS!!!<br/>
That is a great news for me. I'll check if I can make the AI a bit more fearsome.<br/>
<br/>
However, in my previous post I was suggesting a real procedural scripting language (with flow control statements like "if", "while" etc.), which could be used to define very ...

RE: Where's the fearsome AI?

<t> How about scripting AI?<br/>
FPS have their own scripting languages for a long time now. It allowed players to create powerful bots that could be a challenge even for a human player. Why this idea was not developed in strategy games? It seems to be much easier since the speed of calculations is ...

<r>This isn't serious problem for the missions with exit hexes. You can always wait and retreat units one or two turns before the end. But I'm worried about victory hexes which give you points for every turn you own them. You have to get them ASAP and hold them as long as possible. It means you have ...

There were several discussions about scoring problems in the first mission of MCNA. Maybe that was the reason.

Gmenfan, if you want to investigate I can send you my save file.

score bug in MCNA

<t>I've just encountered a small bug in MCNA, which might have already been noticed, but i didn't read any post about it.<br/>
<br/>
I restarted my campaign and took a "Catch that train" mission".<br/>
I destroyed the train and the fuel depot and removed all my units through exit hexes. I only left ...

<t>gmenfan,<br/>
The file Charlie speaks about is not a patch but a program, which allows you to edit leader names and values. So when they disappear you can "repair" them manually.<br/>

You could try to play MCNA with SPWaW 6.1. When I played it I didn't encouter "lost leaders ...

<t>I might only add that some of those 653 tanks were tropical version of PzIIIL and were meant to sent to DAK troops in Africa, but I have no information if any of them reached their destination. Tropical version had the same armor and armament that the rest of PzIIIL's.<br/>

tank battles in MCNA with 7.1

<t>After installing version 7.1 I noticed that it takes more hits to destroy a tank. For example, British Cruiser Mk I or Mk II needs 3 or 4 hits (sometimes 5) from my PzIIIe's and IVd's. As a hit I count only the case when penetration is higher than armour width and a tank takes damage.<br/>

The price you propose is acceptable for me. Would it be possible to buy both MCs this way?
Could you check if sending to Poland isn't more expensive?
Thanks in advance

Morale broken and victory points

<t>Hi<br/>
I have played SPWAW for two weeks now and I found it just GREAT! I couldn't imagine that turn-based game could be so real. Thank you, Matrix.<br/>
After playing some scenarios I finally decided I'm ready for a campaign! I started with the short one - Preparing the way.<br/>
