What's the point of printing a map?

1. Is there a way to look at the available maps that come with SPWAW? I like to choose a custom map when setting up a battle but you have to set all the battle specs and THEN view the map and then if you don't like it you have to do it all ...

I haven't played H2H yet but I'm wondering why people don't like the German names. Do they affect the game at all? I'm just curious.

With C&C off, is there any rallying benefit gained by being within command radius of a superior unit. Meaning will rifle squad C(2) rally better if it's within 3 hexes of C(0)?

Just finished watching 'Stalingrad'. I know movies tend to exaggerate but the Germans had it pretty bad during that campaign---especially after the encirclement and surrender.

Speaking of movies, has anyone seen the German movie called 'Stalingrad'? I just got it from Netflix and I've seen the first 40 minutes. Pretty good so far. The battle scenes really capture the 'disorder' that occurred in the fighting around the factories.
