RE: The Land of Oz

Go go your Highness :)
Despite the crappy beginning of 1st week this can be a nice battle.

//to the vcr difference - imho it's not fog of war but some other issue, anyway treating it as FoW is good idea Capt. Harlock [:)]//

RE: new amphibous attack method for PP saving

<t> Well ... I do not see anything bad in placing HQs where I want them to. Normally the game allows to have i.e. IGHQ and Combined Fleet in Tokyo. Every base (but small atolls) has enough place to make my generals comfortable with their staffs.<br/>

<r> well Capt. Harlock ...<br/>

new amphibous attack method for PP saving

<t> If You're playing as the Empire, and needing to move several divisions by ships, to attack an enemy base, simply loading all the troops to a TF will cause the HQ to loose all preparation points.<br/>

RE: Sir Robin is winning.

As for disappearing ships - it might sometimes happen in PBEM game if someone is using floppies to transfer files. Anyway, I know a way to see and eventually restore to action all Japanese sunk ships, so contact me in such cases. Same as task forces stuck in Auckland area.

<t> Well, it is almost impossible to destroy Japanese bomber stocks if Emperor is cautious, but You can try to disable his fighters with carrier raids to all areas where they were reported.<br/>

c) teleportation<br/>
d) destroyer chains<br/>

RE: A contest !!

<t> Hi Capt. Harlock !<br/>
<br/>
This contest has one goal. To tell me has Emperor Graham (we're in late XII of 1944) beaten the record (I'm incompetent or what ?). He has sank 19 allied CVEs (mostly with Kamikazes) and I have placed all remaining one in the back. They're a wonderful magnets for ...

RE: One other minor detail

<t> Hi !<br/>
In our PBEM game with Graham (he is the Emperor and it is april of 1944) he tends to use G4M bombers on night combat missions. Their activity depends somehow of their experience, but so far they have managed to put one or two bomb hits on my carriers, so it isn't the way to victory ...
