<t> I have fired the Suomi SMG and the "Spitz". SUomi SMG was remarkably stable on autofire! (I fired a 30 round clip, not the 70 round drumclip)<br/>
<br/>
The Spitz was sturdy, I found it quite hard to reload, but yes, I liked the bolt lock. [:D] <br/>

RE: ammo diameter, not strictly SPWAW related

Wasn't there a 20 pdr as well? In Centurion Tank. I recall it was 84mm in diameter, and had a fairly good punch. First seen in action in the Korean war.

Is this correct?

RE: Can tanks be reversed?

<t> IIRC, there is a partial solution. It should be possible to keep your turret facing the enemy, no matter what direction you're driving to. It of course doesn't help the fact you're showing your butt (rear hull) to the enemy.<br/>

RE: About pz IV-c's

<t> As pointed out many times here, the short barrel has a quite profound effect to the accuracy. Just the simple fact that te shell travels at lower speed, as you sure all know. It doesn't matter in short ranges or when shooting at the stationary targets, but one could assume that shooting a moving ...

The eastern front. The slaughter for it, the bitterness, the toughness of playing the Soviets. The Northern Africa feels most exotic, but it somehow doesn't give the kicks that the Eastern front meat grinder.
