Japanese combat engineers

<t> As far as I can remember, the Japs have Engineer Rgt's, Naval Construction Bn's and Naval Pioneer Bn's.<br/>
All these units have army squad included.<br/>
Do they all help reducing Allied fortifications and to what extent?<br/>
Is it useful to employ more than one combat Engineer to that ...

RE: Oscar Movie

<t> Very probably it is a Polikarpov I-153.<br/>
It might be an I-15bis, but I doubt they were still in active service in China when the Oscar began operations.<br/>

Aircraf identification at bases

<t> When I recon an enemy base I'm given generical info on the number of 'Fighters', 'Bombers' and 'Auxiliary' planes based there.<br/>
It's easy to suppose that Fighters and Fighter-Bombers are labelled as 'Fighter' and Level Bombers are 'Bombers', but what about other classes?<br/>
Are they all ...

RE: A problem with transports

Great it worked! So it's important to watch the TF status (i.e. loading supplies) to avoid a bad surprise when at sea.

Thank you very much, Tanjman

A problem with transports

<t> At Truk I've made a transport TF with 1000pts APs only.<br/>
If I order to load infantry and select a couple of AA units (cost 430pts), the TF loads them but forgets to load supplies, even if I've several ships. Exactly as I had ordered 'load troops only'. But I didn't.<br/>
With 2000 pts AP ...

<t>A few specific questions on this subject:<br/>

1)A division HQ gives a 20% combat bonus to a subordinate unit, and an Army HQ gives a 10% bonus.<br/>
If a unit can benefit from both situations it will get a 20% or a 30% bonus?<br/>

Command organization

New to UV, and willing to learn.
I see bases and units are assigned to a particular Command, but is there any effect, apart from Barge Hubs and (for the Allies) reinforcements?

Thank you for your reply.
