I got a copy of UV and was playing along when it was bugging a little bit. I looked on the box and found a website where I vould look gor updates. I updated it and saw the forum. I guess the rest is history...

I think it is the layers trying to keep up on the GPU due to the higher resolution. Mine does that all the time. A mouseover of another button gets rid of it but results in a new one usually. A couple of strokes of the arrow keys generally gets rid of them for me.
