scenario progression

Is there any way to get past the forced scenario progression to allow me to play whatever scenarios I want? That sort of thing makes sense in a RPG or the lesser sorts of RTS games, but in a simulation-style game like this I'd rather explore the battle and scenarios as I'd like.

new convoys

just got the game, playing Pacific Campaign as Japan. For some reason, I cannot create a new convoy. I'm able to select a starting port for the convoy, but clicking on any other port does nothing, and exits the convoy-making procedure. Am I missing something?

haven't played in a while

It's been a while since I've played the game, and I recently restarted while considering whether to buy Time of Fury. Anyway, I seem to remember a way to transfer PP's from one country to an ally. Is this possible, and if so how? (I might be thinking of another game entirely)

So I go to actually buy this game, and suddenly it's price isn't listed in USD but ILS. I have never, ever seen this. So how much is this game actually going to cost me, and why is Matrix suddenly listing game prices in Pesos (or Yen or whatever)?

unit stats

What file would I look into to mod the detailed combat unit stats, i.e. movement costs, costs and chances formation changes? Will I find info for units in both brigade and division level combat in the same file, or two different files?

Or is this sort of thing hard-coded?

Figured it out myself.

Just to show how dumb I am: when I named the scenario folder, I forgot to put the _s at the end. That's all.

I fooled around with the stats of the starting units, but my new scenario doesn't show up in the scenario selection list. Any ideas?

unit costs

Is there anyplace that lists what units cost to build? this would be particularly handy to know for naval units, but right now I can't even by a simple Infantry corps as Austria, even though I have plenty of arms and manpower. Am I missing something?
