Replacing carrier planes lost in battle

<t> Can some one explain how carrier planes lost in battle get replaced? For example if you have planes that are "carrier capable" at a base, can the units that lost planes replentish their losses with them with out taking the pilots? Meaning the carrier pilots on ship now have more experience (say ...

Sub Mine Laying

<t> Just a couple of questions regarding sub mine laying. For surface ships there is a toggle to "Lay Mines/Do Not Lay Mines", but for subs I do not see where there is that option. I've created TF for sub to lay mines, replentished at port and a message comes up stating the sub is already loaded ...

RE: Troop Count of Amphibious Task Force

So are you saying the total of 75578 includes equipment plus troops? If so is that in Manual?

Troop Count of Amphibious Task Force

<r> Question regarding Troop count on amphibious task force. The task force screen says I have 75548 troops in task force. So I went back and counted up the trrops loaded on each ship and it came to 40,000+. Why does screen say 75k?<br/>

RE: Mines

Tanks for the help. I've uploaded pic of my industry/troops/resource pool "Mines". Says I had some in pool. How do I get them to any port I want, say Pearl or Sydney for example.

Mines

When a port lists it has Defensive Mines, what does that mean exactly? What are they good for if you can't load onto a minelayer? Also, is it possible to know in advance how many mines are available at a port for mine laying?

<r> I have been trying to load this ship which has a capacity of 4800 with a squadron of Warhawks. Never had a problem loading ships with squadrons previously but for some reason I tell ship to load squadron but it doesn't happen. They are not restricted. Pilot Training

I'm a newbie and trying to learn about pilot training. Was wondering if anyone has assigned a pilot with an experience level of 80 or above to TRACOM to train new pilots. Did it help them to train faster or become better pilots, compared to no one being assigned to TRACOM.

Newbie Question Difference between AP vs. XAP

<t> A little help requested. I thought I read in manual that difference between an XAP and an AP is that an XAP has to use a dock facility to unload troops and AP can be used in an invasion force on an island. After combing through manual again I cannot find where that is stated. Is this correct or ...
