RE: FITE v.5.0 Ian Soviets larry Axis

Larry, do you think that the partisans are too powerful or just to many of them this early in the game? Seems they brought your advance to a halt last game.

RE: Bulletins from the Front - Fire in the East 2 (no loveman1 please)

Was wondering do you think that the Germans could have been further east then they are now. What could they have done better do you think? Seems that the Russians are very powerful.

Thanks for the AAR. Are you going to show these units losses throughout the campaign?

One question on production then. (you would figure after having this game since it came out I would know how things work)<br/>
<br/>
For the Pz IVe, it shows 1 in the built column and there are no factories building them. I figure this is the one that just got converted ...

I just wanted to see what the Axis would see in planning it's first turn air strikes. But figure it probably looks a lot like WitW air ops screens.

<t> Any chance that development is far enough along to show screenshots or an AAR? I know things will change with further development but would be interesting to see pics of the air opening ops. Thanks for your hard work.<br/>

RE: Pripyat Marshes and supply

I would like to see the army boundary line moved one hex row south to the river line. That would allow AGC to defend better the movement of those sneaky russkies as they use the boundary line and river line.

Soviet supply

I cut off a soviet army on turn 2 that is now centered in Windau. I have Riga. It is now first of Sept. 18th Army has art and planes and is doing little damage to about 3 div in the city. Are the Soviets still getting supply even though I have Riga?

RE: Public Beta 1.02

<t> Two things I have noticed as playing the Germans(among the many other comments so far), 1. The Sovs will mount a major drive with inf thru the Pripyat Marches, seems supply doesn't matter much. 2. The Sovs don't seem to have the "panic" feeling that I see in most games of this campaign. The ...

What do the numbers mean?

I see in some hexes a number at the top left portion of the hex. This number varies from 1 to 4 from what I have seen.

These are not the numbers after combat. I figure they are explained somewhere in the manual but can not find where.

Thanks

<t> I would prefer the regt size game but understand the desire to do a div level for the entire Russian front. Seems this is how it is now intended to work. Can't find the thread right now but this has been discussed and lower losses are what was intended in the latest patches.

RE: Game Suggestion

<t> I disagree with 2ndACR to the extent that politics greatly effect how a large campaign like this plays out. Most players want to just push pieces and not worry about two important aspects of a campaign like this, logistics (not sexy) and politics (I am better). Discussions abound in this forum ...
